Low season – Jan, Apr, Sept, Dec- $160 per night

Mid season – Feb, March, May, June, Oct, Nov- $170 per night

High season – July, Aug, Thanksgiving- $200 per night

Peak season – Easter, Christmas/ New Year- $220 per night

Prices are subject to 13% state and county tax

Discounts considered for small family bookings

Pool heating (if required) subject to additional charge at $150 per week or part thereof

Due to demand there is a minimum 4-night stay but will consider part week bookings
